Please join us on Saturday September 14, 2024 at 9am for the 2nd Annual Harvest Fest 5K in Brockport, NY. The event is being held in conjunction with the annual Harvest Festival and there will be numerous activities planned throughout the day. Runners will enjoy light snacks and fruit along with bottled water at the finish line. Additional information will be posted here leading up to the race.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. All participants who register by 9/4/24 at 9am are guaranteed to receive an official event t-shirt in their desired size. We will order a limited quantity of extra shirts in a variety of sizes that will be made available during checkout on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are gone.

Adults (Over 21) $30 / $35 on race day
Students (21 and under) $15 / $20 on race day

PACKET PICKUP
Packet pickup will take place at the cemetery beginning at 7:30am on race day.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Trophies will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers. Age group award winners will receive a special gift and participants can also download custom finisher certificates from the event page and view/share finish line photos following the race!
14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.
PARKING
There will be free parking available at the cemetery.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, shelter-in-place, limit on social gatherings, etc) we want runners to know up front that we reserve the right to reschedule the event date if needed OR convert this to a virtual event. There will be no refunds.
TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing and finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
